New Mini suspension spring PMT were contacted on my behalf by the AA at my home during a Saturday morning home assist call out. My Mini Countrymam had a broken suspension spring and blown tyre. PMT quoted costs to fit new spring and tyre during the call with the AA. Confirmation of the work was texted to me immediately. Within minutes of the AA call out, repairs by PMT were authorised for the following Monday. PMT's mechanic arrived as promised and within a few hours the new spring and tyre were fitted. Interesting to see your car's front suspension in bits laid out on ones drive! An excellent service. Thank you.

Got a nail in my tyre driving home, found PMT online, messaged on WhatsApp and was booked within 5 mins. Arrived approx 1 hour as that is how long it takes to travel, and tyre is now on the car and fixed. Appreciate the service and speediness :)

I had good experience with them. My car problem was solve easily and professionally. The cost of the repairs was lower than what I was expecting. The receptionist and all their staff are courteous and reliable. I will definitely visit them next time.

I had a last minute blown tyre on the Friday evening just gone, I had nothing but exceptional service getting all 4 new tyres fitted (I needed them doing anyways so the blowout isn’t a big deal) The team was texting me solutions, options and costs into the late evening on their WhatsApp channel which was phenomenal service I would highly recommend to anyone! It was cost effective, fantastic service and uber friendly. The technician who came out was extremely prompt and early and was so friendly. Couldn’t recommend enough! 5 ⭐️ service

I took my car in to have new disc pads fitted. By midday, I was informed that the car would be ready soon. The young man told me that I needed to replace my rear brake, but that my front pads were only about 25% worn. He asked if I still wanted them replaced, and I declined, thanking him for the information. I appreciated that they didn't just replace the front pads and charge me the full amount without consulting me first. It’s nice to see such honest and decent mechanics. Thank you!

Absolute lifesavers, honestly! My motor gave up the ghost right on the driveway this morning and I was proper stressed. Rang up PMT Mobile Mechanic and they had a lad sent round to me in absolutely no time, no faffing about. He sorted the alternator out sharpish and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it either, fair play. It’s so hard to find an honest mechanic these days who won't try to pull a fast one on you. He was a cracking chap, dead friendly, and left everything tidy. Spot on service from start to finish, I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend these fellas to anyone in a pinch—cheers!

great service from PMT mobile mechanic. they came quickly and were able to source a tyre that no other tyre shop had within 100 miles. Very friendly and quick fitting by the side of the road.
